Dragon Lair

A desert Expedition Area where you can pick from different dragon eggs to bond with.

As you complete quests you’ll raise them from a baby to an adult battle dragon that becomes your companion. Different dragons boost different battle stats.

Inside the Dragon Lair, you'll be able to purchase dragon eggs, take on quests to raise your dragon into a trusted companion, and even upgrade companions with additional Attack, Luck or Defense stats (your choice). 

The Dragon Lair is found in the Desert Expedition areas (which means you won't see it on the Our Valley world map.

To unlock the Dragon Lair, you'll need to explore the vast desert sands:

1. Complete your Main Quest storyline into our third main area: Three Points Crossing.
2. Once you've completed the 3rd main quest in Three Points Crossing, "Camouflage," you should be able to see the side quest "Next Stop: Dragon Lair!"
3. Complete the requirements of the quest to unlock the area Dragon Lair (you’ll find it in the “Expedition Area” world map)
4. Once unlocked, you'll have access to three markets: Nabia's Dig Station, Dragon Eggs, and Companion Upgrades and two quest markets: Dig Site Quests & Dragon Lair Quests. 

Currently, there are 6 dragons; Eenris, Kaiszar, Loksi, Thalamaris, Valkos and Rairasel (most likely more to appear in the future). 

Each dragon needs to be raised from an Egg, through five growth stages, before it becomes an adult battle companion.

Once you buy an Egg from the Egg Market you’ll be able to pick up quests that allow you to grow that egg into an adult battle companion.

• 1st - Egg hatching stage (you can get multiple eggs, but can only grow one of each dragon type)

• 2nd - Baby dragonling stage

• 3rd - Teenager stage

• 4th - Young Adult stage

• 5th - Adult Stage: Rite of Passage

• 6th - Extra Stage: Unlocks the Battle Training quest which gives you a Golden Dragon Armor you can use to increase specific stats even further.

Dragons will usually want items from the elements they're similar to, such as Valkos (flame breathing fire dragon) wanting Desert Stones and Thalamaris (a gold, lightened Dust dragon) wanting items from the Light Region.

*Warning! You may not have unlocked the needed area to buy or raise the dragon you want (just keep working on the main quest if that's the case, or choose your next dragon choice).

Each dragon has its own stats when they become an adult, as listed below.

• Eenris: 3 attack, 6 defense, 3 luck

• Kaiszar: 12 attack, 0 defense, 0 luck

• Loksi: 0 attack, 12 defense, 0 luck

• Thalamaris: 0 attack, 0 defense, 12 luck

• Valkos: 4 attack, 4 defense, 4 luck

• Rairasel: 6 attack, 0 defense, 6 luck

You can boost a Dragon’s battle stats further with the Golden Armor you earn from the 6th extra stage and its “Battle Training” quest at the Companion Upgrades market.

You can craft ONE upgrade for each Dragon; an Attack upgrade OR Defense upgrade OR Luck upgrade. Whichever upgrade you pick will add +4 to that battle stat.
