    Billing

    Payment methods accepted:

    • Credit/Debit Card
    • Paypal


    We offer either monthly or yearly billing frequencies:

    • Monthly: your account is charged on a monthly basis
    • Yearly: your account is charged for the whole subscription year

    Manage Billing

    Navigate to Account > Subscription > Billing Info to access your plan information and make changes. From there, you can:
    • View and change your plan.
    • Update your payment information.
    • View billing history — past invoices and charges.
    • We will also show if a charge is failed or past due.

    Change or Cancel a Subscription

    Change or cancel a subscription from Account > Subscription. Subscription updates take effect at the end of the subscription period. If you are on a monthly plan, this will be at the end of the billing month. If you are on a yearly plan, this will be at the end of the billing year.


    We offer 15-day "no questions asked" refund for yearly plans. If you want a refund on a yearly plan please email us within 15 days of purchase at [email protected]


    We do not provide refunds for cancellations mid-subscription. If you are uncertain you are ready to commit to a full year, we recommend starting on a monthly plan first. You can switch to yearly at a later date when you are ready to commit longer term and take advantage of the discounted rates.


    When cancelling a subscription:

    • Nothing will be deleted.
    • If you are over your plans limits, you will no longer be able to create, but will still be able to access your files and projects. Please refer to Subscription Plan Benefits for full details.

    Community Pool

    If you need financial assistance we have a Community Pool which donates subscription time.
